Seven Stars is a Pub / Bar located in Brighton. The Seven Stars is a gin and craft beer pub situated right in the heart of Brighton’s city centre, only a couple of minutes stroll from Brighton station, Churchill Square and, of course, the beach.
Our back bar boasts a great range of spirits, with 10 speciality gins as well as our own, in-house infusions using Sipsmiths hand-crafted gin. We also serve up a small, but perfectly formed, selection of cocktails, and last but by no means least, we have local legends The Little Blue Smokehouse in the kitchen.
