Gastrobistro At The Pheasant Inn is a restaurant located in Salisbury. The Pheasant Inn is one of Salisbury’s most historic buildings, in premises that were originally ‘The Crispin Inn’, named after the patron Saint of shoemakers, who also donated the upstairs function and meeting room, ‘The Shoemaker’s Hall’ which was formerly their guildhall.
This is now available for private or business hire and we have a great range of menus to suit every occasion. Having gone through several changes in the last 500 years, The Pheasant has now been returned to a more traditional Inn, concentrating on providing a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, well – kept ‘real’ cask ales, well – priced quality wines and a menu focusing strongly on local and regional fresh ingredients, featuring a traditional selection of ‘pub classics’ as well as an excellent range of locally sourced steaks and grills.
